| | | | | | Race Information | | | Description: | | | | | Santa Claus is comin’, and is running to your town! Join us and many of your Santa friends at the Santa Hustle Galveston 5k & Half Marathon on Sunday, December 21, 2014.
See Galveston unlike ever before as thousands of Santas race along the streets and the oceanfront path. Jingle all the way through the course with candy and cookies, festive music, creative Christmas images, and so much more, it is all designed to get you in the perfect holiday mood. It is bound to be a Christmas tradition you do with your family and friends year after year.
Registration in open online until Friday, December 20 at midnight on the website. Upon registration you will receive an email confirmation of your registration as well as important email updates as the race approaches.
5k:
$35.00 FIRST 500 REGISTRANTS
$40.00 until August 31
$45.00 (Sept. 1- Oct. 31)
$50.00 (Nov.1-Dec.19)
Half Marathon:
$50.00 FIRST 500 REGISTRANTS
$55.00 until August 31
$60.00 (Sept.1-Oct.31)
$65.00 (Nov.1-Dec.19)
Please arrive early and allow plenty of time to park. The roads will begin closing at 7:30 a.m.
There will be age group awards for the top 3 males and females in each age group in 5 year increments from 10 and under to 80+. Awards will be presented at the stage in Saengerfest park (location will be clearly marked and announced) around 10:30 a.m. for the 5k, 11:15 a.m. for the half. If you cannot stay for the award ceremony we will mail your award to you. If you would like your award mailed, please email us at events@adrenalinesportsmanagement.com.
Race Results will be posted by the evening of Race Day. For results please visit: http://www.santahustle.com/galveston/results/.
This is a mainly flat course on paved roads.
ASM has a strict no refund or exchange policy. You cannot transfer bib numbers. In case of an emergency, we cannot allow others to race in place of you. We also cannot defer your registration to another year. | | | | |
