Description:
Very scenic, rolling course. Just about every type of trail-single track, open prairie paths, hiking trails and horse trails. About 3/4 miles of road shoulder between two spots. Four well-stocked and manned aid stations, also two un-manned aid stations. New this year is the Ultra and a Half distance; Ultra and a Half runners will run three-4 mile loops, on single track-in the dark-don't forget your head lamps-then two 16.0 mile lake loops with the ultra runners.

Some of the best finish line food you will ever have, and really nice hand crafted hiking staff finisher awards.

****DROP BAGS****

One drop bag area at Shady Hollow aid station. Around 9 and 25 miles.

****CUT OFF TIMES****

CUT OFF TIMES ARE FOR FIRST FULL LOOP ONLY!!

After that its your pace.

This course is very runnable.

Ultra and a Half-43 mile

Cut off time--7 hours=Three 4 mile(short loops)and one 16 mile lake loop=28 miles 15 min/mile pace.


Ultra-32 mile
Cut off time--3hr:52min=One lake loop=16 miles 14:30 min/mile pace.
