Please note: There are no refunds, no transfer of entries, and no rolled entries to future years.

The base registration fee for each team is set at $250 early bird; $325 July-August; $395 September. This fee covers the captain's entry and matches cost for individual entry. Each additional teammate costs only $30, which helps defer our costs in maintaining a fair race for all!

You may purchase a bus ticket for the for team member to go to the starting line; but, teams are responsible for arranging transportation to/from exchange points (at crewed aid stations only) for all team members.

If you need to utilize the bus for your first leg runner to the start, you should purchase a bus ticket to the starting line when you register your team.

1 dinner ticket for each runner will be included in the team packet at packet pick-up. Any extra tickets to the pre-race dinner should be purchased at the time you register for the run. In the event you would like to purchase a bus ticket and/or extra pre-race dinner ticket(s) after you complete the registration for the team, you may do so at packet pick-up. Bus and pre-race dinner tickets will be $20 each at packet pick-up.

Extra Pre-race Dinners at $15 each

Optional... enter the number of extra pre-race dinner tickets that you'd like to purchase (extra tickets are a great bargain priced at $15 each). Every race participant is issued one (1) with their paid registration. Pre-race dinner tickets will cost $20 at the door.
Bus Tickets to Our Start Line at $10 each

Optional... enter a number of bus tickets that you'd like to purchase (tickets are priced at $10.00 each). The bus ride will take you from Bass River Resort to our race starting line. Ozark Trail 100 Mile Endurance Run is a point -to- point course so you will need a ride to the start if you don't have a friend or crew to get you there. There is no parking allowed at the starting line after the race begins. Depending upon popular demand bus tickets may be available at packet pick-up, but at an additional cost of $20 each.

Waiver
I know that participating in this event is a potentially hazardous activity. I certify that I am properly trained and have obtained my physicians permission to participate.

In my participation I assume all risks associated with this event including, but not limited to: injuries, falls, collisions, contact with other participants and obstacles, the effects of weather, including cold, heat or high humidity, lightning, rain, snow, hail, or ice. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts, I, for myself, and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive, and release all event organizers, officials, volunteers, other participants and all others associated with this event.

I know that running the "Demo" race is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter and run unless I am medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to safely complete the run. I assume all risks associated with running in this event including, but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including high heat or humidity, lightning, traffic and the conditions of the road, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of your accepting my entry, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the Demo Striders Club, all volunteers, the counties of Virtual, Makebelieve & Digital, the towns of Nowhereland, emergency medical personnel and the Department of Natural Resources and all sponsors, their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver. I hereby grant permission for the free use of any photos or film of me. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to study and learn the trail in advance and to run 50 miles, 50K or 13.1 miles on the official course to get an official time and belt buckle. Running any distance less than 50 miles, 50K or 13.1 miles will result in disqualification.

Early registration opens on Saturday December 3rd, for 9-time finishers only! If you are not seeking your 10th Demo finish, please wait until general registration opens on December 18th. We will be checking entries and refunding entry fees to those who think we won't be checking entries and refunding entry fees. Refunds will be charged a $10 service fee.
