Race Information Race Name: Mad City 100K - 2008 Date: Saturday April 12th, 2008 - 6:30 am Location: Madison State: Wisconsin, United States Website: http://www.madcity100K.com  Go there or Go there in new browser Description: The MadCity 100K has again been awarded the 2008 USA Track & Field national championship 100-kilometer road race. The certified course consists of 10 laps of a popular 10-kilometer loop along the shore of Lake Wingra, through the University of Wisconsin Arboretum, and through scenic neighborhoods. Half the course is flat, and the other half gentle hills. Concurrent with the 100K solo race will be a 100K relay event open to teams of up to 10 runners. 13-hour time limit. All registrations are done on line through RunRace.net. Only one registration is required per relay team. Payment is via credit card online or check/money order by mail. All relay participants will be required to supply a waiver at packet pickup on Friday, April 11th. All relay teams will compete in their respective category regardless of team size.
