PACKET PICKUP: At the Warbird Brewery on Friday, May 15, 2:00-7:00pm, and on race morning, 7:30-9:30am.
Warbird Brewing Company presents its 3rd annual Warbird Road Race 2009. Last year's races drew a total of 717. This year will be limited to 1000 (due to parking). Online registration only - no mail-in. $25 for registration by 4/18/09 - $30 after 4/18/09. Registration ends at 11:59pm, 5/07/09.
10k (USATF certified) & 5k courses are flat, out & back w/ start & finish at the Warbird Brewery at 10515 Majic Port Lane, Ft. Wayne, IN. As always, the after-race party will feature Warbird beer & a delicious catered lunch.
When: Saturday, May16th, 10:00am for both races
Where: Warbird Brewery, 10515 Majic Port Lane, Fort Wayne, IN, 46819
Located in small industrial park on SE corner of Bluffton Rd.
(S.R. 1) & W. Ferguson Rd. just east of Ft. Wayne International
Airport.
Courses: 10k (6.21 miles) & 5k (3.1 miles) courses are out & back on
lightly traveled roads w/ start & finish at the Warbird
Brewery. Both courses are very flat. 10k course is USATF
certified.
Chip Timing: Both races will use the IPICO chip timing system.
Chips will be picked up with your race packet.
Entry Fee: $25 by 4/18/09; $30 by 5/7/09 for each race.
Registration ends on 5/7/09 or at 1000 entrants –
whichever occurs first.

After-Race Party: Entry fee includes after-race catered lunch, tasty Warbird beer, post-race energy drinks, bottled water, and fruit.
Awards: Three Rivers Running Co. gift certificates to top 3 Overall (both races) and top 3 Masters Overall (10K only). Warbird bottle awards to top 3 in each division for 10k & 5k Runs.
Age Groups: Men & Women top 3 in each: Overall, Masters Overall, 12-under/13-15/16-19/20-24/25-29/30-34/35-39/40-44/45-49/50-54/55-59/60-64/65-69/70-79/80+/
T-Shirts/Glass: T-shirts, Warbird pint glass, and race packet provided to all entrants.
Facilities: Adundant Port-A-Johns with hand-washing will be available. No showers will be available.
