The certified course consists of 10 laps of a popular 10-kilometer loop along the shore of Lake Wingra, through the University of Wisconsin Arboretum, and through scenic neighborhoods. Half the course is flat, and the other half gentle hills. 13-hour time limit. Prize money for USATF members only, totaling $9,650. Concurrent with the 100K championship solo race will be a 50K non-championship solo race and a non-championship 50K relay event open to teams of up to 5 runners. All registrations are done on line. Only one registration is required per relay team. Payment is via credit card online or check/money order by mail. All relay participants will be required to supply a waiver at the race venue. All relay teams will compete in their respective category regardless of team size; categories are based on total age of the team's runners.
