In collaboration with the Ann Arbor Convention & Visitors Bureau, we are putting on a race and pub crawl to benefit charity. All proceeds from the race will go to the Semper Fi Fund. Retired Major General Matt Caulfield and Retired Colonel Nick Marano, both of the U.S. Marines, will start and lead the race. The Semper Fi Fund is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides crucial medical and financial assistance to U.S. servicemen and women wounded in Afghanistan and Iraq, as well as to their families. Many rely on the Semper Fi Fund in order to have family members nearby while they recuperate in the hospital, as well as to help them get back on their feet financially when they return home.
