We received a very good response from the people of Guwahati in it. We got more than 1000 participants for the first time in two events. For the second time it was organized in 29th august 2010. This time we received an overwhelming response from the people of north east. We had more than 3500 participants in the 4 categories. We had Zublee Baruah, eminent female singer from the north east itself and Akash Chopra, Indian Cricketer as our brand ambassador. We also had performance of world’s largest parkour group “American Parkour” in the closing ceremony. The Half Marathon has gotten an overwhelming response the first two times it was conducted. We expect an even bigger participation this year. Let’s show the world that we have the ability to achieve our dreams, things that we desire, things that we believe in. Everyone is welcome here. This is the platform where you can see voices mingling to create a new era. There will be no barrier of age to show your love for your world, for your land. There will be no barrier of designations. So let’s join our hands to make change, NAY! BE THE CHANGE! and feel the pride for it. We believe in that there is a better society than what we are now.
