We will be running an out-and-back course on the Des Plaines River Trail starting from Wright Woods in Lincolnshire, IL. All racers will head south on the DPR Trail, turn around at Half Day Rd, and then head north on the DPR Trail. The marathoners will turn around in Independence Grove (south of Rte 120), and the 50 milers will turn around just south of Wadsworth Rd. The course is flat and fast, on a wide crushed gravel trail through beautiful forests and open wetlands.
