| | | | | | Race Information | | | Description: | | | | | CANCELLED -- CLAW (Clear Lake Adventure Weekend) is an adventure race/triathlon event July 12-13, 2014, with kayak, mountain bike and trail run components. Separate youth and adult events for individuals/teams on consecutive days. Noncompetitive touring event on Saturday afternoon for racers and nonracers.
Mandatory 10 am Saturday kayak workshop for all youth participants; $5 fee waived for triathlon racers.
The youth event for ages 8-17 is on Saturday (July 12) at 2 pm. Distances: .8K kayak, 5K mountain bike, 1.6K trail run.
Adult event is Sunday (July 13) at 10 am. Distances: 3K kayak, 20K mountain bike, 5K trail run.
Non-competitive touring event offered Saturday at 4 pm.
Camping/cabins available, campfire Saturday night on shore of beautiful Clear Lake.
Limited quantity of youth kayaks available on first-come, first-served basis.
