In addition to the crushing emotional toll taken, there is a financial domino effect in having a child diagnosed with cancer. Some treatments aren't fully covered by insurance, and it's expensive to drive into the city every day to be with your child (gas, parking, and meals).
100% of the proceeds from Not Quite the Marathon goes to Cops for Kids with Cancer which will go to families in need. | | | | |
