A. TIMING: GUN START - CHIP TIMING...

ON RACE DAY: Each participant will be issued a shoe-tag timing chip, with a number that matches their bib number. Do NOT trade your chip with other participants! Make sure your chip is attached to your shoe before starting your race.

Cross the timing mats that will be positioned at the finish line. Keep moving forward to the "CHIP DROP OFF AREA", remove your chip, and drop it off in the appropriate container before you exit this area. There will be volunteers by the chairs to help you remove your chip.

Be sure to return your chip following your race. Note: a $35.00 charge will be assessed for missing chips.

B. RESULTS...

If you have won an award, please stay for the presentation. AWARDS WILL NOT BE MAILED.

If you set a PERSONAL RECORD, be sure to pick up a PR certificate at the PR table (in front of the field house).

Results will be available in near-real-time here on our RunRace Network:
http://www.RunRace.net/prcc

C. AWARD CEREMONY...

We will hold the award ceremony as soon as we have accurate/complete results. Our best estimate is that it will be no later than 9:30 a.m. If we’re ready sooner we’ll go ahead.
