| | | | | | Race Information | | | Description: | | | | | Tough enough to race the entire Beat The Heat Series? Train well enough to win or achieve a Series award in your division? Some runners get up extra early to avoid the heat. Problem, there body's are conditioned to run early, not at race time and certainly not in conditions that are a little tougher. This leads to bad races and bonks as their training leaves them unprepared. The Beat The Heat Series is a fun group of races that prepares runners for Fall races and HARRA marathon series!
The Beat The Heat Series faciliates better running and racing. The Equinox Equalizer is the final leg of our Series of charity races: 5K, 10K and Children's 1K (6:00 start on track). Adult races begin 6:30. Festivities. Real Bathrooms! Food, Fun, Music. Race registration and discount code below. If you are interested in registering a group or for the entire Series, email the race director to obtain a discount. Eligible for comp entries: Elite Men running sub 16 minute 5k and 33 minute 10K are . Masters Men elites sub 18 5K and 36 minute 10k. Elite Women sub 18 5K sub 18 5K and 36 minute 10k. Masters Women elites sub 20 5K and 40 minute 10k. Special accomodation for all veterans. Please contact the race director if you are an elite or veteran.
