[Logo: Riis Park Striders]Join the Riis Park Striders on Thanksgiving, Nov 24 in our 46th year! We sponsor two anticipated cross-country races: 21st Annual Joe Mittel Memorial Mile Race (9:45AM), and 5,000 Meter Dick King Championship Race (10AM). Arrive early at the Riis Park Field House for onsite registration--$3.00 each race. For more information--go to www.rpstriders.org. Riis Park is located just east of the Brickyard shopping center (6100 W. Fullerton). All ages & walkers welcome! Trophies/Ribbons/Cash Prizes/Team Competition. Stay for the Awards ceremony & refreshments. Non-perishable Food for the Hungry collection appreciated.
