Course: 3.0 miles: 3x1 mile loops (Flat on Crushed Limestone and Grass)

Entries: Due to the IHSA by Tuesday, October 20th, 2015 by NOON.
Bus Parking: Buses should park in the main lot behind the school or on Fullerton Avenue.

8:30am Packet Pick-Up in the ATHLETIC OFFICE (just inside the school)
9:15am Coaches Meeting
9:50am National Anthem
10:00am Girls’ Race (course closed for boys warming up)
11:00am Boys’ Race
11:45am Awards in the Main Gymnasium
Start of Races:
10 minutes prior to race:
Runners report to starting box for uniform/bib/chip inspection
5 minutes prior to race:
Final run outs, coaches exit starting area and final instructions

East Side Concessions/Restroom:
The EPHS Booster Club will be selling food and drink at the concession stand.
Restrooms are available on the North side of the concession stand.
Trainer:
There will be a trainer on duty for the race.
