The deadline for making entries is Thursday, October 6th, at 6:30pm. Running chips are specifically assigned to individual runners and any errors/changes must be made with the timing company upon arrival at the meet on Saturday. Following races, it is the responsibility of the head coach from each school to collect the running chips from their runners. Upon the conclusion of each race, all chips must be returned. The awards ceremony will not begin until all running chips have been returned. Any unreturned running chips will result in a $10 replacement fee assessed to the runner’s school. No dogs are allowed on campus, per district policy.

A concession stand will be open with a variety of items to eat and drink. There are bathrooms at the east and west concession stands as well as inside the school.

The awards ceremony will be immediately following the open race in the Gym at approximately 12:15pm.

Good luck to all teams and thank you for coming to Elmwood Park High School for this late season meet. Please bring any questions or suggestions to my attention so we can improve the quality of the meet for future years.
