The Jim Utley Foundation continues to provide youth with education and programs to help them live healthy and productive lives without drugs. In addition, we have started a scholarship program which provides in-need youth with funding for activities to help keep them busy and out of harms way, including academic, athletic, fine arts and community service opportunities. | | | | |
