| | | | | | Race Information | | | Description: | | | | | As this race enters its sixth year, the response to the event continues to grow, last year we had over 240 participants. Having both a 5K Walk/Run and a 10K Run make the event a challenge for all levels. The event will start and end at the Satek Winery in Fremont, Indiana.
Many people have chosen our event as their first 5K to either run or walk and the competitive runner will enjoy the 10K course.
This road course is very scenic with a free wine tasting with proper identification at the Satek Winery after the event. We have a number of people who have done it all five years. This year we will award the first 300 participants to arrive on race day, a cool commemorative water bottle.
Shuttles to and from the winery will be provided from both the Peace Lutheran Church and the Fremont Moose Lodge. With a 9:00 a.m. start, we hope a number of people will get their workout in and then spend the day in beautiful Steuben County. | | | | |
