Kailee Mills, 16 years old, passed away in a one-car accident in October 2017 due to not wearing her seat belt. Kailee's parents formed the Kailee Mills Foundation as a way to inform the public on the importance of seat belt safety. We encourage communities to protect themselves and their passengers by always wearing their seat belts!
