Course: 3.0 miles – 3x1 mile loops (Flat on Crushed Limestone and Grass)

Awards: For EACH division: First place team championship plaques will be given to the winners of the Varsity Girls and Varsity Boys races. The top 12 runners in the Varsity Girls and Varsity Boys races will receive All-Conference Medals/Honors. No certificates will be issued.
Race detail and Registration for the 2021 Metro Suburban Conference - Blue/Red Divisions - Cross Country Championship Invite is available through the following link: https://www.runrace.net/findarace.php?id=21289IL. Click on the "Registration" tab to get your team(s) registered.
The course will open at 8:00am. Coaches should pick up their packets from the concession stand when they arrive. Extra course maps will be included. The deadline for making entries is Wednesday, October 13th, at 10:00pm. Running chips are specifically assigned to individual runners and any errors/changes must be made with the timing company upon arrival at the meet on Saturday (before 9:00am). There will be a head coaches’ meeting in the cafeteria (located just inside the school on the right after entering) at 9:00am (masks are required). Following races, it is the responsibility of the head coach from each school to collect the running chips from their runners. Upon the conclusion of each race, all chips must be returned. Any unreturned running chips will result in a $10 replacement fee assessed to the runner’s school. No dogs are allowed on campus, per district policy.
A concession stand will be open with a variety of items to eat and drink. There are bathrooms at the east and west concession stands as well as inside the school. Busses should park in the main parking lot behind the school or on Fullerton Avenue.
The awards ceremony will be immediately following the Varsity Boys’ race in the Main Gym at approximately 12:15pm. If weather allows, we will hold the awards ceremony outside. ***In 2021, due to safety procedures, the awards ceremony will be held outside***
