Description:
In partnership with the Downtown Racine Corporation, Party on the Pavement will be host to the inaugural Pound the Pavement 5K – Celebrating Downtown Racine!
A limited supply will be available at same day registration for $15.00 each.
You may order them at our race store to be shipped to you after the event.

After the award ceremony enjoy Free admission to Racine’s largest street festival featuring music, art, food, rides, and games, and other great family-friendly activities. Hosted by the Downtown Racine Corporation.

The race starts promptly at 10:00 am. We recommend arriving early and giving yourself enough time to get your race packet and get to the start line. You need to be at the start line by 9:50 am - Runners should start in the front, good looking people toward the back. Anyone with a stroller will need to start in the back.
Parking:
Parking is available throughout Downtown Racine. We suggest using the McMynn Towers ramp, Marina Parking ramp, Gaslight Point ramp or Shoop Parking ramp for easy in and out.
Awards info:
All participants will receive a custom finishers medal. Top three male and female will be recognized as well as the top male and female in respective 5 year age groups.
9 and under
5 year age categories (starting at 10yrs old on up)
* IMPORTANT *
Finisher Medals and Awards will be distributed at the 5Kevents.org Resource Center, at 215 6th Street next to McAuliffe's on the Square, between 12:30 pm and 2pm.
A formal awards ceremony will not take place so that you can take advantage of the many "Runner Specials" at participating Downtown Establishments (so don't toss your bib!)
Packet pickup:
There will be no pre-race packet pick up. Packet pick up will only be in Saturday, September 18th.
