RUN HOLDEN BEACH: - October 1, 2022
THIS RACE IS PART OF THE 2022 BAM! RACE SERIES

START TIMES:
6:45AM - 5K 8:00AM - HALF MARATHON 8:30AM - 1 MILE
The 5K starts at 6:45am and is all on the island so it is very flat and fast. Half Marathon starts later this year at 8:00am and takes you over the Bridge for beautiful views of the intracoastal. The 1 Mile at 8:30 is an out and back course on the island as well.
FINISHER SWAG:
The unique 2022 medal design is a hand painted seascape/beach scene - still big, still beautiful! You will also receive a Finisher's T-shirt featuring a unique design after you cross the finish line!
You will certainly want to run the whole series!
