- NO DOGS or pets race weekend (runners, crew, pacers or volunteers)
- NO HEADPHONES (RRCA) - especially during the busy Saturday morning & afternoon when hundreds of runners are on the trail passing each other
- NO TRANSFER OF ENTRY to another runner - driver's license / photo ID required at packet pickup and race morning check-in and chip & ankle strap pickup
- NO CHANGING OF DISTANCES
- NO CREDIT FOR COMPLETING A SHORTER DISTANCE
- NO MAILING OF RACE BAGS IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND
- NO ALCOHOL on school or park property

- AGE - entrants and pacers must be at least 18 years of age
- YES to a challenging course, amazing trail marking and volunteers!
If you don't finish the distance you signed up for it is a DNF, you don't get a finisher's buckle for a shorter distance covered. "Strike oil or move on!"

Recommendations / tips:
1. READ all of the information on THIS page

2. READ the register for event page carefully, including the waiver

3. When registering use a PERSONAL email address instead of your work or organization email address

4. Note that at the top of each race's registration page there is a distance confirmation checkbox that must be filled in. It is above where you enter your personal information (name, address, etc.).

5. Browser auto-fill feature will often fill out the emergency contact and other fields with 'old' or possibly unintended information. Please confirm your name, the emergency contact name and phone number is correct, etc. Often people will start out ok and then select an auto-fill suggestion which will overwrite a previously entered value above (such as your name and replace it with your spouse's name for example).

6. Check your spam / junk email folder for your registration confirmation email if you don't see it in your inbox after registering.

7. Do not email the Race Director to ask if you are registered. Instead:
7.1 Click on the 'who is registered' magnifying glass to the left of your race distance below
7.2 Look for your name in the list of entrants (control-F allows you to search the page for your name)
If you can't remember if / how you paid:
7.3 Find your registration confirmation email and highlight / copy (control-C) your registration id
7.4 Scroll to the bottom of the list of recipients and paste (control-V) your registration id into the box and click the STATUS button.

8. PERSONAL CHECK payment selection - checks must be received within 30 days of registering to avoid having your entry canceled, made payable & sent to:

OC100
PO Box 62053
Pittsburgh, PA 15241
