This second annual event will be a perfect way to celebrate, remember and honor all those that have served our Country.

Memorial Day is an American holiday, observed on the last Monday of May, honoring the men and women who died while serving in the U.S. military.


Originally known as Decoration Day, it originated in the years following the Civil War and became an official federal holiday in 1971.

This year’s event will be taking place on the White River Trail with the start and finish in downtown Lyons, WI (located between Lake Geneva & Burlington). The White River Trail is a rails-to-trails crushed limestone path on the former SOO railway. This trail is canopied by trees and provides the perfect place to reflect on the selfless service the military provides
