The 2nd Annual 5K is a community race event where participants run, jog, or walk a distance of 5 kilometers (3.1 miles). The event aims to promote physical activity and healthy lifestyle choices while also providing an opportunity for people to come together and enjoy some outdoor exercise. Mental health is often the left-behind part of "health" that makes us whole. Participants of all ages and fitness levels are welcome to join and can expect a fun and supportive environment.
