Enclosed is a comprehensive welcome guide and information on everything you’ll need to know to prepare for and make the most of your race day! We appreciate and admire everyone who will be out there enjoying our "grassroots" style obstacle course! We’ve grown into what we are today by word of mouth, so if you have a great time, tell a friend! Post about us online! We appreciate the support and are proud to give athletes a space of their own in the Hudson Valley.

Weather Policy
We are a fully outdoor obstacle course. Please dress accordingly and for the weather. Should we experience weather conditions that make our event unsafe, we will make necessary announcements. THAT SAID, our sport is all terrain and all weather! If it’s rainin’ we’re trainin’ and if it’s snowin’ we’re goin’! We don’t mind a little weather but we’ll always make the call with your safety in mind.
Volunteers arrival time- 7:30am - 8:00 am
Your Team leader will be coordinating all volunteers, please see her for your assignment! A GIANT thank you to all our volunteers! We couldn't make our events so great without the helping hands we have on deck. That said, there is always a need for volunteer help so if you're coming to watch and would like to help a bit, please let us know!
Parking Guide
Please follow the signs for "EVENT PARKING" and parking attendants will guide you to your parking space. Due to the weather, parking will be as follows !!! 1) 4 wheel - AWD - High clearance vehicles will park on the upper field- All others please park below. 2) PLEASE BACK INTO PARKING SPOTS TO ENSURE SAFE DEPARTURES! 3) Please do not block driveways.
Runners Registration
Our check-in process is simple! You'll see the red registration banner- one of our volunteers will check you in and provide you with a color-coded wristband.
5k - Red wristbands 1
10K - Blue wristbands
These wristbands will help volunteers direct you at the starting line and accordingly throughout the day. They will also ensure you get your "swag bag" and medal! Visitors & Spectators Coming to watch the show? Spectators are always welcome! Our venue offers a clear view of virtually all obstacles from almost any spot on the main field.

Portable restrooms are accessible at the back of the field near tier-one parking.
