| | | | | | Race Information | | | Description: | | | | | The 14th Annual LifeSong Dash is a USATF-certified and sanctioned 5K benefitting LifeSong, Inc., a Clifton Park, NY agency whose mission is to "Love, Enhance, Equip, and Inspire" the lives of adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities and their families. The Dash has become a destination race for runners of all abilities throughout Eastern New York and New England. The "out and back" course begins and ends at Halfmoon Town Park and follows country roads through the community with several straightaways and challenging hills. "Dash Day" also features the Junior Dash kids' run, food trucks, face painting, live music, and much more. First and second-place winners in age and gender categories receive custom medals. A Team competition is also held, with the winners being awarded the coveted Dash Team trophy. All entrants receive a Dash T-shirt and select door prizes. | | | | |
