Striders at Insanity 5K Obstacle Course in Brookfield
Striders are American Ninjas! Mark & son, Dan, along with Eileen and I completed the 5K Insanity Obstacle course at Brookfield. Not the Zoo! We ran-over-and-under-and-climbed-and-got-splashed. The ending was the best. Sponsored by the Irish Times bar, we had drink tickets for Guinness--and as predicted, drinking at 10AM! The food provided--Irish Stew, creamy pasta, soda bread were great also. This race was recommended to us by Ken. We recommend this race for all Striders. Thank you, Diane, and Greg for being there for us as we completed this course. Will forward the video to the Striders via email.
