Striders Run 'Round Riis
Like I said, will miss cross-country...that came true today. Striders met and ran around Riis Park (on the sidewalk). But, that didn't deter us from having fun along with way. Spotted a loose tire "obstacle" on the sideway start line. We had fun with that. Saw the historical display about Jacob Riis. Took some pictures. What a history. Thank you Jacob Riis, for your ideals of enjoying the park for friendship and recreation.
