From Chris' archive, I'm attaching photo and race report from the 8th Annual Mother Guerin 5,000 race May 20, 2001. "Another nice day for the Mother Guerin race, but the Striders are getting farther away from the front runners. Bill Thom was our standard bearer despite having run a 50 mile race the week before. Renee Phillips had a house warming party after the race which the Striders liven up with some bumper car activity."
