Striders endure heat-keep going strong.
Yes, it was a hot day. We kept on going by XC, road race. Lately, the field house hasn't been open before 10AM. TiP: If you don't want to use the messy porta-potties, do your business before arriving at Riis for our meet. We still had a terrific meet. See you the first Saturday in September. We're on hiatus the month of August!
