Boots at Riis (for injuries!)
Went to Riis today. Had my "boot" on. Broke an ankle bone a few weeks ago. Saw Luis there with his "boot" also! He has a very bad sprain. Can't wait to get moving again. Jay has some foot injuries also. Here's some pics of Striders on XC today.
