Striders Thanksgiving-Dick King 5K and Joe Mittel Memorial Mile
Striders-sponsored event at Riis Park, the annual RPS Thanksgiving Dick King 5K and Joe Mittel Memorial Mile races. I'm told our Thanksgiving races (known these days generically, as "Turkey Trots") is one of the oldest in Chicagoland. Gray skies and muddy conditions didn't deter these runners. Note the cover image of Neil going vertical on the BIG HILL climb.
