Eric pictured on the south end of Riis--running fast. Started our first races of the year at Riis Park today. Grass is somewhat green, but not enough to mow--in January! Great to be back after 3 weeks + more of feasting on holiday food & drink. Gotta prep for races by actually training, running and eating a more balanced diet, right?
