XC at Riis on a beautiful fall day
We enjoyed XC on one beautiful day at Riis! Many runners have been utilizing our meets for warm-up and continued training for their various upcoming events. The good thing is XC on soft grass is great for our joints and knees! Adrian G is pictured here.
