| | | | | | Race Information | | | Description: | | | | | Experience the ultimate last runner standing challenge at the Momentus Backyard Ultra, the largest Backyard Ultra event in North Carolina, held at scenic Williams Rushing Farm in Monroe, NC, owned by NFL great DeAngelo Williams and local celebrity Ris Williams.
A BackYard World Championship Qualifier, come complete a 4.167 mile loop every hour, on the hour, until only one runner remains. There is no set finish and no predetermined distance. Your race ends only when you cannot complete a loop within the hour or choose not to continue.
The 2027 event features a Friday, June 4, 6:00 PM start, improved race operations, expanded runner and crew experience, live entertainment, and a full weekend atmosphere.
Early registration is $135 for the first 50 runners, then increases to $155 (UltraSignup fees not included). We have sold out every year, so register early to secure your spot. | | | | |
