Course: 2.0 miles: 2x1 mile loops (Flat on Crushed Limestone and Grass)

Race detail and Registration for the 7th Annual Elmwood Park H.S. Cross Country Trial on the Trail is available through the following link: https://www.runrace.net/findarace.php?id=21237IL1. Click on the "Registration" tab to get your team(s) registered.
The course will open at 4:30pm. Coaches should pick up their packets from the concession stand when they arrive. Extra course maps will be included. The deadline for making entries is Monday, August 23rd, at 6:30pm. Running chips are specifically assigned to individual runners and any errors/changes must be made with the timing company upon arrival at the meet on Wednesday. Following races, it is the responsibility of the head coach from each school to collect the running chips from their runners. Upon the conclusion of each race, all chips must be returned. The awards ceremony will not begin until all running chips have been returned. Any unreturned running chips will result in a $10 replacement fee assessed to the runner’s school. No dogs are allowed on campus, per district policy.
A concession stand will be open with a variety of items to eat and drink. There are bathrooms at the east and west concession stands as well as inside the school.
The Dick Pond ‘Shoemobile’ will be at our meet as well for your runners to check out and buy gear.
The awards ceremony will be immediately following the F/S boys race at the east concession stand at approximately 7:00pm (in case of bad weather, we will move inside the school to the Main Gym).
