| | | | | | Race Information | | | Description: | | | | | Welcome to the 1st Annual Frightening 4 mile trail run/hike!
The trails are dirt with rolling hills. There are some roots and twists (and ghouls?) to keep it interesting. Part of the course follows along the York River, so there are beautiful water views! 3 out of the 4 miles are narrow single-track, about a mile is a wider gravel trail.
The format is non competitive, but there will be finisher medals for all finishers. There will be official times posted but no overall or age group awards. Wear a costume and receive a race logo temporary tattoo!
Parking is included and post race refreshments will be available. A race T-shirt is not inlcuded and needs to be added on when registering if you want one! | | | | |
