Hammond 10k/5k Charity Run Photo Report
Saturday April 12th, 2014
In the words of that great old rock 'n' roller Rod Stewart, "Every picture tells a story, don't it?" Yes, every one certainly does!
Finish-line and nearby photography is another one of those great perks that RunRace's chip-timing service provides. And whereas every chip-timing company can electronically record what registered chips cross any given timing mat--and when--RunRace also tries very hard to "record it on film." This is one reason for asking all participants to wear their bibs on the outside of their clothing, so we can see them.
We can't possibly photograph every runner, but we do try to snap as many as we can. And we also offer large, handsome, high-definition original "jpeg" photos (for free!) to anyone that emails us and asks for any in which they appear.
If you click on "View Photos," you'll see all our pictures that were taken, and in the exact order (first to last) as they happened, except for those that didn't turn out. The original photos are also time-and-date stamped, so the order of finish at what time of day is preserved.
We hope you enjoy viewing these scenes, and if we can help in any other way, please contact us. Thanks, everyone, for a very exciting 10k and 5k run!
